About

GTM Intel finds buyers already asking for help.

GTM Intel is buyer intent software for niche B2B teams. It watches the places where your market already talks about problems: LinkedIn groups, Reddit threads, private communities, job boards, forums, and inbox replies.

When someone asks for a referral, compares tools, complains about a broken workflow, or posts a role that looks like a "hire or outsource?" decision, GTM Intel saves the context, scores the signal, and drafts a useful reply. You approve, edit, or skip before anything posts or sends.

The current offer is simple: start with one market monitor, review a short daily feed of high-intent questions, and turn helpful replies into tracked conversations, calls, deals, and revenue.

Why this exists

Most outbound starts too early. Teams buy lists, write cold pitches, and try to manufacture urgency in people who have not shown a problem yet.

Meanwhile, buyers are already describing the work they need done in public and semi-private places. They ask who to hire. They compare options. They wonder whether to solve a problem in-house or bring in a specialist. Those moments are warmer than a scraped contact list, but they are easy to miss manually.

GTM Intel was built around that gap: find visible demand while the thread is still alive, help the operator reply with substance, and keep the source tied to the outcome.

What GTM Intel does

  • Watches your market
Configure the sources, buyer phrases, exclusions, offer, and voice for one niche market.
  • Surfaces intent signals
Find referral asks, pain posts, tool comparisons, hiring signals, and other moments where buyers show a real need.
  • Keeps the context attached
Every lead includes the original post, why it matched, and what kind of reply would be useful.
  • Drafts human-safe replies
The draft answers the question first. Nothing posts or sends until a human approves it.
  • Attributes outcomes
Track whether a reply became a conversation, call, deal, or revenue so you know which sources are worth watching.

The current offer

  1. Operator, $97/mo: one market monitor, saved matched posts and leads, AI-drafted replies, CSV export, and monthly credits for scans and enrichment.
  2. Growth, $297/mo: multiple market monitors, team review workflow, saved account history, CRM/webhook integrations, and higher monitoring volume.
  3. Done-with-you pilot, from $5k + $297/mo: a configured signal engine for one market, including ICP, source list, cues, exclusions, reply voice, onboarding, and attribution loop.

The done-with-you pilot is the fastest path when you want a working daily question feed before committing to a broader rollout. Phase two can add paid acquisition or a funnel after the organic signal loop shows what buyers respond to.

Who it is for

  • Agencies and consultants whose buyers ask for recommendations, operational help, or vendor advice.
  • B2B SaaS teams watching tool comparisons, workflow complaints, category discussions, and competitor-interest threads.
  • Specialist service providers where a job post may really mean "should we hire or outsource this?"
  • Founders who would rather answer a few warm, visible problems each day than send higher-volume cold outreach.

Who it is not for

  • Mass cold email teams trying to blast scraped contacts.
  • Fully autonomous outreach workflows where messages post or send without review.
  • Markets where buyers never discuss the problem in communities, forums, job posts, or email.
  • Teams that do not yet know the painful problem they solve or the words buyers use for it.

How it started

GTM Intel grew out of my work building data-heavy go-to-market systems: funding intelligence, content automation, lead scoring, CRM workflows, and operator tools. The useful part was never "more automation" by itself. It was the ability to notice a timely market signal and turn it into the next right human action.

The product now focuses on that job: hidden demand radar for teams that sell through expertise and trust. Your agent watches and drafts. You decide what deserves a reply.

What happens next

  • Self-serve: create an account, configure one market, and start reviewing the first matched signals.
  • Pilot: start with a done-with-you setup if you want the market, sources, scoring, and reply playbook configured with you.
  • Funding database: use the startup funding pages and MCP server as supporting intelligence when funded-company timing matters.

Start watching one market or start with a done-with-you pilot.
