GTM Intel helps operators detect buyer-intent signals, save useful source context, review leads, and manage follow-up. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

  • Account information
Your email address, login/session details, workspace metadata, plan, credits, and basic account settings.
  • Lead and source content you save or configure
Saved post text, selected text, source URLs, page titles, source names, lead notes, stages, revenue attribution, comments, reply drafts, and related CRM metadata.
  • Market-monitor settings
Sources, cues, exclusions, target software, ICP notes, voice samples, and other settings you provide so GTM Intel can find and score relevant signals.
  • Usage and technical data
Basic request metadata, product activity, diagnostic logs, browser/device information, and error data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
  • Messages you send us
Contact-form messages, support emails, onboarding notes, and related communications.

Chrome extension data

The GTM Intel Social CRM Chrome extension lets you manually save posts, selected text, page URLs, and source context from supported sites into your GTM Intel lead workspace. The extension stores your GTM Intel API token, backend URL, debug setting, and optional source settings in Chrome storage so it can stay connected between browser sessions.

The extension is human-operated. It does not auto-post replies, send messages, submit public comments, collect your full web history, or monitor keystrokes or mouse movement.

How we use information

  • Create, display, deduplicate, score, and manage leads in your workspace.
  • Run buyer-intent monitoring, review queues, source scans, drafts, CRM workflows, analytics, and exports you request.
  • Operate free and paid account limits, credits, billing status, and usage controls.
  • Secure the service, debug problems, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
  • Respond to support, sales, onboarding, and account requests.

AI and automation

GTM Intel may use AI providers to classify signals, score leads, summarize context, and draft suggested replies or emails. Public replies and outbound messages are human-approved; GTM Intel is not designed to autonomously post or send messages on your behalf without review.

How we share information

We use service providers for hosting, databases, analytics, email, billing, AI processing, CRM integrations, and security. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal information or saved lead data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data you should not save

Do not save sensitive personal information unless you have the right to process it. This includes health information, payment card data, government ID numbers, private credentials, or confidential personal communications unrelated to your business use of GTM Intel.

Retention and deletion

We keep account, lead, source, and usage data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can ask us to delete your account or specific data by contacting us.

Your choices

  • You choose what posts, pages, text, and sources to save.
  • You can remove the Chrome extension or clear its options to disconnect it.
  • You can manage or delete leads in your GTM Intel workspace.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.

Security

We use practical technical and organizational safeguards to protect GTM Intel data. No internet service is perfectly secure, so you should avoid storing secrets, credentials, or unnecessary sensitive data in saved lead records.

International users

GTM Intel may process information in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using GTM Intel, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above shows when the latest version took effect.
